The air conditioning in my room was insufficient, leaving me uncomfortably warm. The staff struggled to provide basic English assistance, which made communication frustrating. I found the lack of vegan options at breakfast quite disappointing and felt that my needs were overlooked.

wow, what a disappointment this hotel was. internet connection was practically non-existent, making my stay unbearable. I also had to walk down three times for key card issues – absolutely unacceptable. I woudl ve been grateful for a complimentary upgrade for all the trouble, but apparently, that is too much to ask. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Had a braw time here! The breakfast was cracking, with lots of options to get your day started right. Location is pure brilliant, just a stone's throw from the metro for easy access. But, the air conditioning in my room was a bit weak, which made it uncomfortable at times.

Had a fantastic time with friends! Enjoyed exploring the Grand Bazaar and Spice Bazaar for local treasures. The location was great, close to transit options, making it easy to get around. Breakfast was good and served in a nice atmosphere. Would definitely recommend staying here!

wow is a fantastic choice! it’s just a short walk to the exhibition center, which is super convenient. breakfast was amazing, with a wide range of healthy options, and those egg omelets cooked on demand were a real treat. the health club on the 15th floor offered a relaxing experience, too!
